Hurst Setter & Associates Ltd can act as competent CDM Co-ordinators in accordance with CDM 2007 ACoP Appendix 4. As registered CDM Co-ordinators with the Association for Project Safety we can offer nationwide coverage for a variety of projects.
In accrodance with Regulation 20 & 21 as CDM Co-ordinators we will:
Give suitable advice to clients to ensure they comply with their duties
Notify the Health and Safety Executive about the project
Attend and co-ordinate design and planning meetings
Identify and collect pre-construction information
Provide relevant information to contractors appointed by the client
Manage the flow of health and safety information to those involved in the project
Advise the client of the suitability of the construction phase plan and ensure that welfare facilities meet the requirements of Schedule 2
Produce or update a relevant, user freindly health and safety file for the project at the end of the constrcution phase |
